Default Chinese Skill Cookies

In the next celebration have cookie drops that allow you to load a known skill into the cookie. In deference to programming jargon we can call them "magic cookies".

I think what he means is a drop onto which you can load a skill that one of your characters knows, presumably for transmitting to another character. Sounds like a skill tome to me.

or maybe it could be a one time spell use, kinda like in Diablo 1 the spell scrolls were used. You could inscribe a spell on the cookie, and then whatever character uses it can use that spell once without having to take that spell/skill on their skillbar.

Take a cookie and load in a Meteor Shower. Hit a group of monsters with it.

I guess a Birthday Cupcakes, Four Leaf Clovers or Sucker Sticks are exempt from your pointless attack. Suggestions are suggestions, if you find offence with them go and whack yourself somewhere else and then come back and say yay or nay in a civilised manner.

Maybe they allow you to cap a spell from a fallen foe. Just a little fun for festival items.

Well they do say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. Please I do hope you trash the Birthday Cupcake and other festival items because they are beneath you.

So You flame someone else for not making a civilized response? (lol anyone else see the irony in this?) And your idea for having this "cookie" is basically a cap sig, which are not hard to come by and wouldnt seem right to "drop" in the game, wheras there are no cupcake like things that can be bought from the merchant. same with the golden eggs, clovers, etc...

Yes my festival items are beneath me. When i press "i" and open my inventory, my character appears at the top, and my items at the bottom... so in a way youre right. congratulations. And while youre celebrating, learn to take a joke once in a while. Your idea about having the cookie packed with a spell.... well if i hadnt said it, give it another hour, and someone else would have. because it makes that little sense. you dont need an item in your inventory that allows you to cast a free spell of whatever you feel like. you dont need another cap sig as you can already buy them. so what woudl the purpose of this cookie be that they havent already introduced?

ALL the other event and collector items do this:

- HP bonus.
- Regen bonus
- Armor bonus.
- Movement speed bonus.
- DP management.
- Exp management.

And the blessings just add attribute and stat bonuses.

I see no 'free skill slots' anywhere.
This idea is much like the 'skill scrolls' idea someone posted, but, instead of using one slot, this gives one for free.

Some pleyers would gather them like crazy, making their prices go insanely high, in order to have impossible builds.

I have no problem with somebody saying an idea has no merit, if they are willing to say why. I guess tomes do not give me another way to cap spells. Generally builds should only rely on a max of 7 spells, preferably 6 so that you can use a res signet or lightbringers gaze or both without compromising a build. It is just another festival item idea and they are limited quantity items anyway. I have lots of these items that are on a mule character as I generally do not use them and they only work in PvE anyway. You are free to play the game in any which way you choose. If you want more of a challenge reduce the number of your party or some other thing that makes it harder for you.

It would be a far better and less abuseable item if you'd get a random skill which you didn't know yet from your profession out of a cookie, only for unlock's sake.

i would prefer *as what i thought the title ment* that as a festival item you get a cookie and when you open that cookie you get a scroll that teaches a certain skill kinda like tomes, like you get a scroll of Meator Shower and when you double click it that charecter would learn meator shower. that would be kinda cool, your idea is so retarded i will not comment.
